What is Dystopia Rising New York?
Requiem is a home of second chances. A place where the dregs of society gather to turn over a new leaf. Within it's walls an uneasy alliance between its families which govern over Requiem and The Fold keep it together like a knife balanced on it's tip, push too far and the knife comes down and off comes your head. Requiem is the hometown of Dystopia Rising New York, based out of the real world Forestburgh Scout Camp, in Forestburgh New York.
